Recently, GB1886.321-2021 food additive "thaumatin food safety national standard" has been officially released, and will be formally implemented on August 22, 2021. WuHan HuaSweet Co., Ltd participated in the drafting of it.

As the main drafting unit, WuHan HuaSweet has analyzed, studied and compared the relevant standards and technical data at home and abroad during the 3-year standard formulation process to ensure the safety and quality of products to the maximum extent.

This standard clearly stipulates the technical requirements and inspection methods of somatame, providing a favorable basis for the production enterprises, application enterprises and regulatory units of thaumatin, and will further promote the normative development of the industry of thaumatin.

As a professional enterprise of healthy sugar substitute and sweet solution in China, WuHan HuaSweet has participated in the formulation of national standards of Neotame and thaumatin successively, and has also undertaken the drafting of the national standard of Food Additive advantame, which is the enterprise with the largest participation in the formulation of national standards in the sweetener industry at present.
